As you are aware, the consumer demand for Lord of the Rings® products has been way beyond what any of us could have anticipated. Although our suppliers have tried to plan for the enthusiasm of the fans for the products, there has been no way to keep up with the current demand.
We apologize for the slow fulfillment of some of your LOTR orders. We know that this has been frustrating for both you and your customers. Our suppliers are expanding their capacity to better service our needs.
We fully expect that the Lord of the Rings® brand will have several more years of success in the marketplace. We will do all in our power to service your orders in as timely manner as possible. In the meantime, please understand we are working hard for you and appreciate your business.

Now in stock - UC1428 High Elven Warrior Shield and the UC1414 Gondor Infantry/Calvary Helm. Both are limited editions, so get them while we still have them!

July 7, 2004 UPDATE
- We are beginning to get frequent shipments from United Cutlery now on pre-order items. The Daggers of Legolas (UC1372). We are nearly half way thru our pre-order list on this product. Less than 100 pre-orders are left to fill.
- We are nearly done filling pre-orders for Herugrim - Sword of Theoden (UC1370), one more shipment for this item from United Cutlery and this item should go up for regular sale and no longer be a pre-order item.
- We are nearly done filling pre-orders for UC1381LTNB The Fighting Knives of Legolas Scabbards (Set of Two). They will soon go up for normal sale.
