Q: What options do you have for payment of my order?
A: For US orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal online, as well as money orders and cashiers checks by mail. See our Ordering Policies for specifics.

For international orders, we accept only international money orders in US funds or wired funds through Western Union.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Yes, but only North Carolina, USA, purchasers.

Q: How do I order from a country outside of the US?
A: We’ve shipped to many other counties outside of the USA. Shipping charges can be high though, so we’ll need to compute your shipping amount before you purchase. Click here for our shipping quotes page. We’ll return a no-obligation quote to you by email, usually within 24 hours. The quote will include instructions on how to pay for your international order.
Q: Can I mail in an order?
A: Yes. Process your order as normal through our shopping cart, and select the option for check or money order. Then mail your payment along with the order number that the system generates. Please include your full order information including name, address, postal code, telephone number, email address, item number, and the description that you are ordering.

Q: I’d like to buy an item that isn’t on the your site, but is in my catalog. Can I still buy it from you?
A: We stock most of the items in the current catalog. If you want an item you don’t see here, email Steve@BladesbyBrown.com and we’ll check our stock and respond to your request.

Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: UPS for US domestic orders. DHL for international orders.

Q: Is your online payment page secure?
A: Yes. Our shopping cart service is secure, and all credit cards are processed through Verisign, the most respected digital trust service on the internet.
