1. What options do you have for payment of my order?
For US orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal online, as well as money orders and cashiers checks by mail. See our Ordering Information (link to Ordering Information page) for specifics.
2. Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, but only North Carolina, USA, purchasers. You remain responsible for reporting purchases via the Internet from other locations. Back to top
3. How do I order from a country outside of the US?
Blades by Brown currently only accepts international orders from Canada. Shipping charges can be
high though, so we'll need to compute your shipping amount before you purchase. Click here for our
shipping quotes page. We'll return a no-obligation quote to you by email, usually within 24 hours. The
quote will include instructions on how to pay for your international order. Back to top
4. Can I mail in an order?
Yes. Process your order as normal through our shopping cart, and select the option for check or

5. I'd like to buy an item that isn't on your site, but is in my catalog. Can I still buy it from you?
We stock most of the items in the current catalog. If you want an item you don't see here, email
dave@bladesbybrown.com and we'll check our stock and respond to your request. Back to top
6. What shipping service do you use?

7. Is your online payment page secure?
Yes. Our shopping cart service is secure, and all credit cards are processed through Verisign, the
